DS Technology makes every effort to guarantee your satisfaction from the purchased items. In the event that this is not the case and you wish to return an item, please follow the following process.
- If you need to return an order, either in part or in whole, please contact us via email or phone beforehand. We will supply you with an Order Return Form which must be completed and returned with the unwanted item(s).
- Items returned without an Order Return Form will not be accepted without prior consent.
- DS Technology will offer a refund if order is returned within 15 calendar days.
- Items will be refunded at the price the customer paid and not the current list price.
- All items must be returned in their original form with packaging unopened, unless prior notice has been given to DS Technology.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Expenses incurred for packages marked “return to sender” will be charged to the customer.
- Unwanted items cannot be exchanged for any other item. Items must be returned, refunds deposited and a new order placed.
- Items described as “non-returnable” are exempt from the returns process.
- Customers are permitted to cancel an outstanding order providing it has yet to be shipped. An early cancellation fee of 10 percent may be payable by the customer in some instances.
- Refunds can only be returned to the bank account or credit card used when the order was placed.
- Refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to be processed from receipt of returned item.
